The whole experience was very relaxing, and I definitely recommend it. the suite was recently refurbished and offered a fantastic view. the staff were all friendly and kind, which added to the pleasant atmosphere.

I had fun time.

The hotel was nice, and I appreciated it. I was very happy with the really helpful and kind staff and their great service. The vibe here was family! As I remember free Wi-Fi was available in the rooms.

The hotel offered a convenient airport shuttle and free Wi-Fi. The room was spacious, comfortable and provided an amazing view of the surrounding area. The hotel was also located in a safe and quiet area.

The location was inconvenient with no nearby restaurants or attractions. Furthermore, the staff was unhelpful and not accommodating to my needs during my business trip. my experience at this hotel was disappointing and I would not recommend staying here.

Spent Christmas and enjoyed the festive decorations, including the amazing lights. The hotel was located in a perfect spot, close to local attractions and with stunning views of the city. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The hotel was old and not well-maintained. The room was dirty, with old and stained tatami mats, outdated duvet covers that desperately needed a wash, and hard and small single beds.

Located up high, the hotel offers breathtaking views of the city. the hotel rooms are known for their generous size and comfortable seating areas with city views. Guests can relax in the onsen and enjoy their foot massage souvenir.

Some guests might find the location of the hotel challenging to reach as it is situated on a hill with no proper transportation options.

We were amazed by the fine views from our room, overlooking the city and harbor. The room was generously sized and had a seating area to relax. We appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel facilities and the friendly staff. the souvenir foot massage was a great addition.
